I am a Service Planner in the region South-East. I work in a team. We get orders, which we have to schedule with our customers and our technicians to ensure that repairs are carried out at the customer's site properly and on schedule.
I did a technical apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician. After that, I was a crane technician, so I gained experience on the construction site and on the crane. Then I did further training in Professional Electrical Technology. And I stayed in the crane business. I had a lot of fun and wanted to stay there forever. And yes, now I've come to Konecranes and I'm following my path here.
