Attendance: 

            It is expected that all players will attend every practice, tournament, and team function.  On the occasion that a commitment is missed, it is expected that coaches will be notified well in advance.

Sportsmanship:

                Synergy was founded with a strong belief in the value of sportsmanship and fair team play.  Synergy Lacrosse expects that all affiliates of Synergy Programs will behave in a manner that displays exceptional sportsmanship and personal conduct. All parents and players must treat coaches, parents, players, and referees with respect, while understanding that a failure to do this may result in suspension and expulsion from lacrosse events and/or the Synergy Program.

Playing Time:

                It is our goal to consider the best interest of every child when determining playing time.  We will do our best to have every child play as much time as we can, however, final decision is at the discretion of the coach.  Every player is guaranteed to play in every tournament pending attendance, and we will do our best to showcase each girl’s strengths.  Due to the many variables, equal playing time is not promised.

Conduct: 

                While under the supervision of Synergy Lacrosse, it is expected that all players abide by the rules and expectations outlined in the terms of their contract.  We expect all players to conduct themselves in a manner that favorable reflect themselves and Synergy Lacrosse. Any violation of the contract is punishable and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the Synergy Program.

Curfew/Behavior: 

                When traveling, all players are expected to be in their rooms and quiet between the hours of curfew and morning breakfast.  Any disturbance to other guests, unapproved visitors, or breaches in curfew will be taken seriously. It is also expected that all participants will be substance free while participating in the Synergy Program. All behavior and curfew violations are punishable at the discretion of Synergy Lacrosse inc.
