High School Program:
The winter pre-season program brings together high school girls who love the sport of lacrosse and are ready to start playing! Who cares if it is cold outside? For some, lacrosse is just too much fun to pack into a single spring season!

Conditioning:
Prevent injury, learn how to train, and better understand the best ways to get your body ready to excel in your sport! This specialized conditioning program utilizes stretching, agility, strengthening, footwork, plyo-metrics, speed, and core stability exercises to deliver a unique program for female high school athletes.
7 v. 7 Indoor:
The winter pre-season program is intended to give high school players the opportunity to advance their skills and progress their game in ways that are impossible during the regular season. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, players have the opportunity to hone skill sets by breaking down the technical elements of the game while constructing the muscle memory to develop mastery. This evolution can be further progressed as skills, timing, and tactics are incorporated and reinforced through competitive 7 v.7 play.
Come play against some of the best players from this area! Teams will be drawn at the beginning of each session to foster camaraderie and fair play!
