For reservations... follow these steps:
1) Go to www.wstsports.com . DO NOT LOG IN!
2) In the upper left hand portion of the website you will see "Event Code" with a blank box underneath.
3) Enter SYNERGYLAX into the box and click "Go".
4) This will take you to your organization's mini website. A picture of the hotel is displayed. To view information about the hotel, click on the blue link that states the hotel name. To reserve your room within the block, simply click the "Book Now" button and fill in your information. This is a secure site. Your credit card information is protected by VeriSign!
5) Immediately after reserving your room, you will be emailed a confirmation that displays your reservation details. SAVE THIS EMAIL. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, simply click on the link provided and proceed according to your hotel's cancellation policies.
