Synergy is about finding the RIGHT players not just the BEST players.
We are looking for people who are ready to commit to themselves and their teammates,
so as to discover results far greater than the capacity of any individual player.
2011 -2012 Tryout Information:
Tryouts for all 2011-12 Synergy Club teams will take place ONLY in September.
The rosters will be made and set for the entire year, including alternates spots as reserves.
The teams will then play the fall and summer tournament seasons.
Being a part of a club team is a serious investment and we expect all of our players to be willing to make this commitment when they arrive to tryouts in September.
The fall season tournament registration will be first come first serve and only open to the players who were invited onto the teams in September.
It is expected that all players on Synergy teams will make a 100% commitment to the entire summer season.
Synergy offers Winter Clinics that are open to ANY player regardless of whether she is a part of the club. We encourage girls to come get a feel for what our program is all about. Grades 4-HS.
We will be looking to fill spots on the following teams:
NEW!!!! U-13:
U-15: Grades 7 and Grade 8 (HS Graduation years 2016/2017)
Freshman: Graduation year 2015
Sophomore: Graduation year 2014
Junior: Graduation year 2013

When: **Sunday, September 11 8:30 - 10:30 am U-13, U-15 and High School
**Sunday, September 18th: 8:30 am Callbacks (invitation only)

Requirements: - You MUST be a US Lacrosse Member to tryout
- PLEASE read the Synergy mission before you arrive.

* Rain date will be Sunday, September 18.

* All returning Synergy players must tryout if moving to a new team.
* Cost is $35 per player and non-refundable!
* Players will be given a T-shirt at registration with a #. This shirt must be worn back to callbacks if invited. Be mindful when planning layers that we need the t-shirt as the outermost layer, so plan accordingly!

What are we looking for:
It is most important to us that we find girls who align themselves as players and as people with the Synergy Mission. We are looking for young girls who want to play competitive lacrosse and take their game to the next level. We seek girls who are passionate about the sport of lacrosse, but equally as passionate about developing themselves as leaders, as athletes, and as people. We need girls who are willing to commit to this team and to their teammates, willing to reach beyond their comfort zone, and whole heartedly believe that having confidence in themselves and in their teammates, can yield incredible results!
