Synergy's Mission:

Synergy uses lacrosse as an avenue to help young girls build the confidence and the skills needed to achieve their personal best.  Like its name implies, synergy believes that through cooperation and teamwork, a combined effect far greater than the capacity of any individual can be reached!  We take great pride in helping young girls discover their passions, shape their character, and attain the tools they need to make an impact on and off the field.  Synergy believes that by empowering young women with the skills, work-ethic, determination, and drive, players will evolve into leaders amongst their peers, making a difference where ever they go!  Synergy players take pride in knowing that they have big dreams, and that they have what it takes to make those dreams become a reality! We work hard, we play hard, and we love the game!

Synergy Lacrosse and Athletic Consulting was founded by Sydney Atkins in recognition of the life lessons and empowerment that accompanies the participation in team sports.  It is her goal to provide girls with an avenue to discover themselves and their passions while evolving into confident, capable, human beings. Sydney recognizes the great impact that lacrosse and athletic participation has provided in her own life and she strives to create those same opportunities for aspiring young girls!
