The Winter Programs are designed to get high school and middle school players prepared for the upcoming spring season. These training sessions combine a unique conditioning program with an opportunity to develop and sharpen the stick work and skills players need to make an impact on the field. The conditioning program has been specially designed for young female lacrosse players. This pre-season training is a fun and effective way to help make your lacrosse dreams a reality. Take the field this spring knowing you are at your best!

Conditioning:
This program is designed to help young female athletes develop the physical strength, flexibility, and quickness they need to be effective on the lacrosse field. This specialized program utilizes stretching, agility, yoga, strengthening, footwork, plyo-metrics, speed, and core stability exercises to help girls prevent injury and become physically fit. It is a major goal of all Synergy programs to teach kids how to train in a safe and age-appropriate manner. Synergy will teach kids the fundamentals while providing a fun-filled session that every kid will look forward to. By starting a conditioning program over the winter, young athletes will reduce their likelihood of injury and increase their effectiveness and preparedness come the start of their spring season!

This program will begin with a conditioning session followed by indoor 7 v. 7 and clinic play. The goal of this program is to help high school athletes benefit from playing with and against some of the most skilled players in the area. Under the guidance of top-coaches, this is a great opportunity to develop stick work, timing, and other subtleties that will be critical for taking your game to the next level. This program is designed to start at the bottom up. Winter is the time to focus and break down bad habits, implement new moves, and adapt the small details of your game. Work on perfecting the little things as you develop skills with Synergy coaches, then reinforce what you have learned under the realistic pressures of a 7 v. 7. The regular season is when you are expected to be at your best! Have these skill perfected, have your timing down, and have the confidence that you can execute moves at game speed, by the time the spring season starts!

The middle school program is designed for players of all skill levels! Each session begins with a conditioning circuit that will break down the fundamental of physical fitness and teach young girls about what is appropriate and healthy for their growing bodies. The circuits are fun and leaves girls enthused and excited to play. The skill clinics to follow cater to the developmental needs of each of the players. The youngest and first time players will focus on the basic skills and while the most advanced players will hone their timing, adapt their skills, and prepare to take their game to the next level. Come player with experienced coaches who are excited to share their knowledge and love of the game! Regardless of skill level, it is our goal to have all girls playing better lacrosse, loving the game more than when they arrived in January, and prepared/excited for their upcoming spring season!
